The other side of fear - by Alanah Jarvis -Just this morning I arived at the beach for an early morning dip and Port Phillip bay was like a washing machine. Waves at are no usually there, e water was dirty an the wind was not kind. But I think when we do something we have either been putting off or finally face a fear, there is such a sense of accomplishment and achievement. I hope you do something today that scares you, just a little!
